Adam Quaife

Adam was appointed Chief Distribution Officer for Asset Management in January 2023 following the acquisition of Pendal Group. Prior to that he was Head of Global Distribution having joined Perpetual in that role in December 2019. Adam is responsible for the end-to-end Global Distribution function, leading the Perpetual Group's sales and marketing strategies across all markets and channels. Skills and experience Adam has 25 years of industry experience in leading and developing international distribution teams, including extensive coverage of institutional, intermediary and consultant channels. Prior to joining Perpetual, Adam spent 18 years with Franklin Templeton, where he held a variety of senior roles, including CEO of the Central Eastern Europe, Gulf & Eastern Med business, and Co-CEO of Templeton Asset Management Ltd in Singapore. Other notable roles included Head of Distribution Australia, where Adam opened the Australian operation for Franklin Templeton's Global Advisory Services division, and also Head of Institutional for Australia & New Zealand. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Adam held business development roles at AXA Australia and Colonial First State.

Alex Patten

Before that, he was an Equity Analyst at Perpetual covering a range of sectors including Telecommunications, Media and Retail. Alex joined Perpetual Investments in August 2015, after completing the Graduate program within the Perpetual Finance team and working in several management and financial accounting roles. Alex has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Alexandra Altinger

Alexandra was appointed Chief Executive (UK, Europe & Asia) in January 2023 following the acquisition of Pendal Group. Skills and experience Alexandra Altinger has 28 years' experience in the wealth and asset management industry across Europe, Asia and the US. She previously spent four years as CEO of Sandaire Investment Office, a UK multi-family office, where she led the business integration process after Sandaire acquired Lord North Street Private Office. Prior to Sandaire, Alexandra worked within the executive team of Lansdowne Partners International, helping to lead the firm's repositioning efforts for its long-only products in global institutional markets. Previously she was at Wellington Management International where she had a number of senior roles. Alexandra has also served as an Equity Research Analyst at John Hancock in Boston and has worked in Japanese equities research sales for Goldman Sachs in Tokyo and London. She started her financial career as a Proprietary Trader with Banque Nationale de Paris (Securities) in Tokyo. She is a member of the CFA UK Advisory Council and is also a founding member of the Advisory Committee of The Diversity Project, an ambitious initiative to promote diversity in all its forms across the UK asset management sector. Alexandra is the current Chair of the Investment Association's Business Forum.

Before this, she held senior roles at Deutsche Bank in Asia and was with Credit Suisse in London. Her career spans across a range of functions including Operations, IT Consulting, Audit, Finance and Change Management.

Amanda Gillespie

Andrew Baker

Andrew is the chair of Perpetual's Reconciliation Action Plan working group and a member of the Perpetual Trustee Company Limited Board. Before this role, Andrew was General Manager, Community and Social Investments, where he led a national team of fiduciary, investment and advice professionals who partner with clients to help them achieve outcomes within their communities, encompassing not-for-profit and Native Title as well as philanthropic relationships. Andrew has also led the advice team in Queensland and was Perpetual Private's NSW & ACT State Manager for six years, where he helped individuals, families and Not-for-Profit organisations to manage their unique and complex financial requirements Andrew joined Perpetual as a Senior Financial Consultant where he was responsible for introducing new high net worth clients into the business. Andrew started his career working with an independent financial planning group before relocating to London and then Hong Kong to work in funds management. On his return to Australia, Andrew held roles both as a financial adviser and Head of Premier Services NSW at a large Australian retail bank. Having spent 15 years in London, Andrew returned to Melbourne with a wealth of international experience to benefit Perpetual's clients and partners. Having started his career working on private equity transactions and stock market listings, he then spent time working on equity trading desks, before moving into investment management. In his role as a Portfolio Manager for Barclays Investment Solutions, Andrew managed money across multiple asset-classes on behalf of various client groups, before focusing on the charity and not-for-profit segment. With responsibility for as much as £3bn in assets, he developed a strong reputation for delivering robust investment performance linked to his comprehensive understanding of global investment markets. Andrew is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Caitriona is a former Chair of Philanthropy Australia's Education Affinity Group. As an inaugural team member of the Leading Learning in Education and Philanthropy (LLEAP) research project, Caitriona possess a high level of understanding relating to the trends and challenges in the philanthropic sector within Australia. Her sector knowledge and standing was affirmed in 2012 when she was named the Australian Institute of Grant Management's inaugural Grantmaker of The Year. Caitriona is currently completing a Masters of Business (Philanthropy and Nonprofit) at the Queensland University of Technology and is a Board Member of Schools Connect Australia.

David Blunt

David Hudson

In this role, David is part of the portfolio management team managing all multi asset funds. He is responsible for generating and implementing active asset allocation ideas and the strategic asset allocation of multi asset funds. David is a proven portfolio manager with almost two decades experience in multi asset portfolio management including 14 years as the lead portfolio manager of diversified funds at BlackRock Investment Management. David has a strong fundamental background in macroeconomics and all asset classes. David has also held positions as an equity strategist at Bankers Trust Investment Management; fixed income strategist and senior economist at Bankers Trust Investment Bank; and as a senior adviser to the Prime Minister. He started his career as an economist with the Commonwealth Department of Treasury in the early 1980s. David has an Honours degree in Economics from Adelaide University.

Greg Stock

Greg has over 28 years experience in investment management, accounting and risk management. He has researched and analysed credit markets on both the buy side and sell side for over a decade and through multiple cycle. His research role is broad, he covers the bank and financial sector and is a credit signatory. Greg is also a senior portfolio manager responsible for trade execution and portfolio construction for Perpetual's bond fund, absolute return fixed interest fund and exact market cash funds. Prior to working at Perpetual, Greg had a similar research and portfolio management role at Macquarie Funds Management. And while at Macquarie Bank for over six years he had roles in debt markets research, risk and accounting. Earlier, Greg worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a chartered accountant over six years.

Gregory brings strong financial services and strategy expertise to the Perpetual Board predominantly gained from his executive career at Schroders Australia where he was the Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2018 with responsibility for Schroders' institutional business across Asia Pacific and then globally, and his current non‑executive career across the superannuation, banking and technology sectors. Gregory currently serves as a Non-executive Director of NSW Treasury Corporation, where he also chairs the Investment Committee. He is currently the Chairman of Avanteos Investments Limited (part of the Colonial First State Group). His opinions have appeared in many newspapers including the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, the New York Times and Australian Financial Review. His current research focus is on the global trade war and whether monetary policy can prevent a serious downdraft in growth and regional sharemarkets. Before joining Perpetual in July 2017 he was an Investment Consultant with the Private Investment Consulting ('PIC') team within NAB Asset Management providing investment consulting services private and institutional clients. Immediately before joining the PIC team he was Head of Fixed Income and Senior Adviser in the Private Wealth Management division of Wilsons Advisory in Sydney responsible for the investment management of institutional and private client portfolios. Before that role, Robert was with Nikko AM, responsible for managing Nikko's relationship with key institutional clients for the fixed income business, as well as developing and implementing tailored fixed income strategies for these clients. Previously, he was co-founder and executive director of Columbus Capital Ltd (a capital markets origination and funds management firm of ‘RMBS' assets), and has also worked as a senior investment specialist with AMP Capital Investors Fixed Income and Currency and with Westpac Institutional Bank as an associate director in the debt capital markets division providing coverage of fixed income and credit markets, as well as being a senior analyst in high yield and emerging markets in London with Bankers Trust International PLC and ING Barings respectively.

Rosemary Tan

Simon Poidevin

Stephen Kench

Stephen has spent more than twenty years as an equity market specialist. Prior to joining Perpetual, he spent four years as a Senior Investment Analyst at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) in the domestic equity funds management team. He was primarily responsible for covering sectors such as Financials, Healthcare, Food & Beverage and Building Materials. Stephen also spent considerable time as a Senior Research Analyst at Macquarie Group, where he specialised in Banks and Diversified Financials. Stephen's academic qualifications underpin his extensive experience. Prior to joining Perpetual, Vince was a senior portfolio manager/analyst in the large cap Australian equities team at Deutsche Asset Management and led the top 100 equities team. In addition, he had stock research responsibilities across a large number of sectors. He has managed multi-billion dollar fixed income, credit and currency portfolios and his role involves credit analysis, trade execution and portfolio construction. Previously, he spent nearly 8 years at Macquarie Bank in roles including Assistant Portfolio Manager (Credit, Global Fixed Interest and FX), Credit Analyst, Compliance Manager (Funds Management Group) and Operational Risk Analyst (Internal Audit). Prior to this, Vivek spent almost 4 years at Coopers & Lybrand (PwC) as an accountant / auditor. He's aimed to give back to the communities, organisations and people with whom he's connected. Vivek joined the Board of The Deaf Society of NSW in 2011 and currently serves as Director and Treasurer. He joined Perpetual's Diversity Council in 2012, chaired by Perpetual's CEO.
