Ros Sheldon

Ros is a Biological Science graduate with a strong technical background in general toxicology, physiology / pharmacology and human safety / risk assessment. She had a long and successful career with ICI, Zeneca, AstraZeneca, Syngenta and as an independent toxicologist. Ros is an experienced business and account / project manager with meticulous organisational and project management skills successfully proven in several demanding roles in different industries including agrochemicals, bulk chemicals and intermediates and more recently pharmaceutical and healthcare agencies. She has strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and networking skills as demonstrated by the successful delivery of many projects involving global Key Opinion Leaders. She is positive, constructive, thorough and conscientious with very high standards. It is these skills she brings to Pivotal 4pharma, along with strong IT capability, she provides excellent account, project and business management.

Tim Sheldon

Prior to establishing Pivotal 4pharma, Tim was a highly experienced medical communications expert and marketeer in the Pharmaceutical Industry. During his 16 years in the global organisation of AstraZeneca, his experience spanned, Medical Affairs and Medical Information, Clinical Research, Global Publication Management and Global Brand Management, which provided a broad knowledge of the drug development process. Tim has extensive experience managing and leading a broad range of pharmaceutical communications (publications, PR, Conferences and Congresses, satellite symposia and stand-alone meetings and e-biz) and in team leadership, for 6 years leading the Commercial Brand team responsible for launching Faslodex in the EU and ROW markets. In addition to his leadership skills, Tim is a good strategic thinker with an excellent record of implementing Global Strategy into affiliate companies, and in delivering projects to tight deadlines. Tim also has a detailed knowledge of the oncology and breast cancer disease area and market and has excellent relationships with an extensive network of Key Opinion Leaders, on which he can draw for consultancy and advisory activities. Since establishing Pivotal 4pharma in 2009, Tim has extended his disease area knowledge to include prostate cancer, lung cancer, bowel cancer, overactive bladder, pain and antifungals. Since 2011 Tim has gained extensive experience interviewing global Key Opinion Leaders across a wide range of disease and therapy areas.
