Pro Carve LTD are a Specialist CNC routing company based in Cheddar, Somerset. We use state of the art 3 axis ATC routers to cut a wide variety of materials quickly and accurately to virtually any design and size... Over 80% of our waste was recycled last year. Mostly in the form of animal bedding. All of our wood including plywood is sent to a local shredding company that breaks it down for use by farmers and stable owners all over the south west. We also recycle all our cardboard, plastic and glass. Our auto nesting software and powerful vacuum pumps means there isn't much of the sheet left though!... Pro Carve provide specialist CNC routing services to designers, engineers, model makers, cabinetmakers and artists, cutting a wide range of materials.
