Anthony Collins has some 20 years' experience of property investment and development services, including student and hotel schemes in the UK. Previously founder director of Cicero Property Group. He trained and qualified at Colliers International. Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).
Antoine West is in charge of contract negotiation and risk analysis. His professional background is in international construction law, finance and risk mitigation and emerging markets. He has worked for 15 years in private practice including at Linklaters and as a partner of international law firm Holman Fenwick Willan. He is experienced in hotels and purpose-built student accommodation. BA (Oxon) First Class Honours, Solicitor, Solicitor Advocate, CEDR Accredited Mediator, Chartered Arbitrator.
Hugh Miller deals with the financial appraisal of property acquisition and development and property finance issues. He has some 15 years' banking and accountancy experience and has worked for several major investment banks. He has previous experience in the financing of commercial property in the UK and internationally. He focuses on hotels and purpose-built student accommodation and general property development and construction. Certified Accountant (FCCA).
Construction Manager, international construction and costing, Quant Construction Ltd. A professional and experienced construction industry director, with international experience and extensive knowledge of project management, cost consulting, construction and development management from the inception of design to completion. He has extensive experience of construction of hotels, residential and other commercial developments in various international (emerging) markets. He was previously General Manager at Johnston International, Belize and a Construction Manager at various other UK construction companies, including John Burgess & Co and Birch Corporation.
Kevin Holder has over 20 years' experience of property development in the UK and worldwide. He has worked on hotel, mixed-use, commercial and residential projects in many of the locations in which Quant International Property Group is involved. He has extensive development management expertise including a 30-hectare site in Tripoli. Previously he worked at Optimum Alimnaa Development, Treasury Holdings, Beltico Group, Donaldsons and Chestertons. Honours Degree in Valuation and Estate Management; Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
