Elizabeth Ritch joined GreenBlue in May 2016 as a Project Associate focusing on the CleanGredients program, where she works with manufacturers of chemical products to find, use, and market greener chemistries. Prior to joining GreenBlue, she worked with Ramboll Environ as an environmental consultant helping companies evaluate environmental risks in the context of business transactions, providing litigation support related to soil and groundwater contamination issues, and assessing compliance with environmental regulations. Elizabeth holds a BA in Environmental Thought and Practice and Physics from the University of Virginia.

Jennifer McCracken

Kim Holmes

Kim Holmes is the owner and principal consultant of 4R Sustainability, a consulting firm dedicated to working with industry to advance recycling and sustainability goals. Kim works with clients to demonstrate innovative recovery solutions, develop effective communications and business development strategies around sustainability, and serves as a technical expert. Prior to relaunching her firm, Kim was the vice president of sustainability for the Plastics Industry Association, where she developed new models for driving end market development and collection methods for a wide range of recycled plastic feedstreams. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking and biking with her family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The RMS's Advisory Committee provides independent perspectives and expertise in support of the RMS Program. The committee is comprised of a diverse group of supply chain members and other interested stakeholders including representatives from manufacturing, sustainability, government and academia.

Matthew Realff

Ross Bergman

Prior to joining GreenBlue as the Director of the Recycled Material Standard, Ross managed the Sustainability program at Wonder, a food-tech startup reimagining the in-home dining experience. Ross also was part of the Sustainability team at Humanscale where he developed net-positive office furniture and zero waste diversion programs. Ross is a graduate of the Manufacturing and Design Engineering program at Northwestern University. Seeing the products he designed go to landfill waste was a wake-up call to design systems that allowed for sustainable transformation. When not working on these systems, you can find Ross collecting records, smoking meat, and having fun with his family in New Rochelle, NY.
