Prior: Led design teams to deliver projects for Fortune 100 companies as a Design Director at Fjord.
Ben is a design leader with over two decades of experience. He has applied his expertise in Human-Centered Design across multiple industries including education, finance, retail, aerospace and defense, public health and services, entertainment, hospitality, telecom, consumer goods, and automotive. His projects range from delivering strategy and design for large innovation service ecosystems, to delivering award-winning websites and native apps for globally recognized brands. Prior to Rex, Ben was a Design Director at Fjord where he was responsible for leading cross-functional design teams to improve the digital experiences of Fortune 500 companies by helping them reframe business challenges with design-led points of view. Ben has a BFA in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Dallas.
Betsy has a background in finance, strategy, and product user experience. Before joining Rex, she built United Airlines' biometric and facial recognition program liaising with government agencies and key technology partners. Prior to that, she performed financial due diligence on over 20+ deals for both corporate and private equity acquisitions and divestitures as part of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Deals Advisory group. She has won multiple awards as a real estate broker in Chicago. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Casey has a background in software development and enterprise architecture at both early and late-stage technology companies. While at Rex, he has designed the architecture for all the subsidiary companies. Previously, he was the Head of Architecture at Calendly, Sharecare, and Weather.com where he improved the efficiency of their technical systems as well as set them up for scale.
Cody has a background in operations and finance. Prior to Rex, he was the Treasurer at FTC Solar, where he co-led their $258M initial public offering (IPO) and established a $100M revolving credit facility. Prior to FTC Solar, he spent time at JPMorgan Chase in their Military Officer Executive Development Program rotating throughout the four lines of business within the firm, spending the majority of his time in the commercial bank. Cody holds a BS in Business Management from West Point and served six years as an Infantry Officer, with his last assignment as a Ranger Instructor.
Danielle has a background in real estate and early-stage venture capital. Before Rex, she worked in investor relations for Kairos Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. While there, she managed relationships of 150 limited partners across four funds and assisted in fundraising efforts to grow Kairos's AUM from $45M to $250M+ in three years. Prior to Kairos, she worked at Caltech where she managed fundraising from major donors. Danielle received a BA in English from Princeton and a JD from the University of Michigan.
Matt has been a developer, designer, and entrepreneur for over 20 years. After founding and running a handful of startups he joined Chaotic Moon Studios, Fjord, and then Accenture Interactive where he led cross-functional design and development teams to create solutions spanning all aspects of a product's lifecycle from ideation to delivery. Matt received his Bachelor of Music in classical guitar performance from Belmont University.
Mike has a background in finance, operations, and investing. Before Rex, he was Vice President at Wexford Capital Partners where he managed due diligence, financial analysis, investment operations, investor relations, and originations. Prior to that, he spent five years at the University of Chicago's Endowment, where he collaborated with the investment teams to execute investment decisions, managed technology initiatives, and reported on valuations and liquidity. Mike holds a BA in Economics from Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Nikhail has 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations. While at Rex, he has launched and led operations at technology startups. Prior to Rex, he worked in corporate strategy at The Wonderful Company and in management consulting at Deloitte where he led projects ranging from growth strategy to executing complex M&A transactions. Nikhail started his career at NASA in cargo operations for the International Space Station. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
Nikos has 25+ years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and investment banking. During the six years prior to joining Rex, he was the COO & Regional Partner of Kairos Ventures, where he worked closely with the Founding Partner in every aspect of the fund, including fundraising, due diligence, investor relations, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Prior to Kairos, Nikos had a 16-year career as a software entrepreneur and served as an advisor to early-stage companies. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

Peter Rex began working construction at 18 years old while attending community college. In 2005, after completing philosophy and government degrees at Georgetown, he purchased his first property.
To preserve capital, Pete slept in vacant units and did all the maintenance and construction management himself. He also handled legal, tax, finance, code compliance, and asset management.

Prior: Led development of machine learning and computer vision initiatives at Fortune 500 companies as a VP at Genpact.
Philip has a background in machine learning and data management. Prior to Rex, he led the Data & Analytics advisory practice at a large consulting firm that served Fortune 100 companies. He is a specialist across the entire data lifecycle from data foundations, architecture, governance to analytics and machine learning. Some of the companies he has advised over the past 15 years include: McKinsey & Company, Procter & Gamble, The Kraft Heinz Company, Coca Cola, and Reckitt Benckiser. He leads teams of data scientists, data engineers, and machine learning engineers at Rex to enable us to scale our products across our companies. He attended Washington University in Saint Louis where he majored in Economics and Business.

Sunthar has 15+ years of experience in product, engineering, design, and entrepreneurship. During the six years prior to joining Rex, he was the Head of Product and Engineering of Piazza Technologies - an EdTech company backed by Sequoia, Bessemer, and Khosla Ventures. At Rex, he helps co-found all of the LLC's subsidiaries and oversees product development. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MS in Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania.
