Born in 1961, he studied mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen University and business administration at the (distance teaching) Fernuniversität Hagen.
He was Senior Department Manager, Quality Management from 2001 to 2004. Then, until 2007, he was Divisional Director, International Quality Management at Rittal, where amongst other things he set up a worldwide service organisation for all Rittal products in the industrial and IT sector.
He has been Managing Director Research and Development and Quality Assurance since 2007.

Born 1971 in Ammerbuch. Studies of technical engineering at Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Science.
Since 1995 Mr. Asch has held various management positions at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG, the family-owned company and world market leader for cleaning equipment, most recently as Deputy CEO and CTO. Focus: B2B, development of modular and scalable product and solution platforms and successfully aligned the sales organisation to develop new customer and market potentials.

Born in 1964 in Wetzlar, in central Germany. He studied electrical engineering at TH Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences.
From 1988 to 2001, Mr Scharf held a range of leadership positions in product management and marketing, in IT and industry. Most recently, he was head of product management for automation systems at ABB Automation Products.
Since 2001, Mr Scharf has filled a variety of senior roles in strategic marketing and product management at Rittal. From 2017, he built up the Industry business unit as Executive Vice President.
Effective January 2019, Mr Scharf has been appointed Managing Director responsible for the IT and Industry business units and for marketing.
