The history of Rohde & Liesenfeld which was incorporated in Hamburg Germany in 1954, involves expansion into a multi-national network of Rohde & Liesenfeld offices in the period of 1954 - 2008. In 2008 the network was sold to Geodis Wilson (with the exception of Rohde & Liesenfeld Canada). From 2008 until 2015 Rohde & Liesenfeld Canada Inc. operated as a 50% partner with Geodis Wilson. On May 1, 2015 Rohde & Liesenfeld Canada Inc. acquired the 50% shareholding of Geodis Wilson and is now a 100% Canadian owned company. Rohde & Liesenfeld is now on a new expansion to develop a multi-national network of offices worldwide.
