SkyBio is a biopharmaceutical company that aims to develop new drug entities for neurodegenerative diseases, including Parkinson's disease (PD), PD with Dementia (PDD), Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB) and other alpha-synucleinopathies... SkyBio is designing and testing novel molecules. We have defined the structural determinants for antiaggregant properties and are working in collaboration with experts in chemical synthesis in order to obtain different families of compounds that inhibit the reversal of this toxic aggregation.
