I have been part of Smith Scale Inc. since my early years. Currently, I hold the title of sales representative and service manager (president). Throughout the years, I have acquired a variety of specialized skills in order to serve our customer's needs. I started to learn the business as a repairs technician which has allowed me to gain a greater understanding of the functionality of the scales and how that pertains to each customer's individual needs. Therefore, at the time of a sale I am able to apply my technical knowledge to meet our customer's requirements. Here at Smith Scale Inc. we strive to meet and fulfill our customer's industries specific needs.
I have been with Smith Scale, Inc. since its early beginnings. In my 40 years of experience, I have seen the scale industry transition from mechanical to digital scales. Over time, I have acquired an extensive knowledge and understanding of the scale industry. Now after many years of hard work that knowledge is at your disposal. I have become familiar with an extensive variety of scales pertaining our customer's individual businesses and specific needs. I am familiar with scales including but not limited to: the seafood, retail, pharmaceutical, and scrap and recycling industry among others.
