SMALL CLUB ALLIANCE

The Small Club Alliance is a group formed by Small Clubs to PROMOTE, GROW, SUPPORT and NURTURE an environment where ALL small clubs can thrive and stay relevant. We firmly believe that a healthy soccer ecosystem, as it exists in every successful soccer developed country around the world, culminates due to a decentralized infrastructure of hyper-local small clubs who serve their immediate community where they reside... We believe that Clubs who focus on developing 1 or 2 teams per age group within their local communities, will advance player development more so than playing on the 7th team of big Blue and will have the most significant positive impact on advancing the game as a whole... We believe that the greatest impact will be the strength our soccer culture, and that this will help advance the cause of our Small Youth Soccer Clubs.
