A recent graduate of King's College London, Lizzie joined Sykes Partnership LLP as Digital Marketing Manager in May of 2019. In this role Lizzie was responsible for creating content for their social media channels, as well as providing administrative support to the Managing Partner. As of March 2020 Lizzie became a Paralegal at the firm, providing legal research, legal support and document preparation. Her interests are energy law, climate law and renewable law.

Stephen is the firm's Managing Partner. He specialises in insurance law, environmental law and business start-ups. He founded his first business (an MGA underwriting environmental insurance for Allianz AG) at the age of 29. He chaired and co-founded Argyll - the leading provider of environmental reports to the UK's legal profession. Described by Legal 500 as one of the UK's most commercially minded lawyers, he has chaired and acted as in-house counsel for insurance and consulting businesses in the UK, mainland Europe and the US. His clients include major insurance companies, MGAs, large commercial and industrial landowners, NGOs and start-ups in the tech and data sectors. Stephen is a former Chair and Honorary Member of the UK Environmental Law Association. He is a Visiting Fellow at Birkbeck's Centre for Innovation Management Research, University of London.
