Michael Landgraf - COO

Michael Landgraf, COO, has worked in economic development and real estate and infrastructure development in the US and Mexico for the past 12 years. Prior to joining SVC, Michael held senior level positions at several Hunt Consolidated subsidiaries including Hunt Mexico, Hunt Power, and Sharyland Utilities. In these roles, Michael was actively involved in the development, leasing, and disposition of commercial and industrial real estate in South Texas and Northeastern Mexico.

Michael Stone - CEO

Michael Stone, CEO, has owned, leased, managed and developed multiple commercial real estate projects since 1994. Starting in the Pacific Northwest as an asset and property manager for a national REIT, he moved quickly into a commercial real estate brokerage, investment and acquisitions role. Over the course of his career, Michael has personally invested and managed ground-up developments, site selection and sophisticated leasing transactions across North America. Through the related firm he co-founded, The Stone Group, Michael has a 15 year history of successfully completing over 1,450 commercial real estate transactions in every major and secondary market in the United States. Michael has engaged in the development and investment of several commercial real estate properties, including office condominiums, retail centers and industrial projects.

Olegario Gomez

Olegario Gomez, Marketing Manager, Saltillo, Mexico, will be coordinating all on-site market reconnaissance and due diligence, including but not limited to, State and Federal Incentives negotiations, maintaining frequent contact with regional dealmakers, influencers and end users, and developing and maintaining the regional "stacking plan". Olegario is responsible for maintaining open and frequent communication between Freightliner and their supplier companies, coordinating and conducting site visits along with SVC senior management and continuous customer service with committed suppliers to include raw material and components sourcing, human resources, and legal facilitation and relocation coordination. Olegario was born and raised in Saltillo and has over 10 years experience working in the maquiladora industry in Saltillo with several companies including Johnson Controls. He is a graduate of Manufacturing Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo.

Patrick F. Stone - Chairman

Patrick F. Stone, Chairman, has 32 years of experience in the real estate industry, ranging from residential development to serving as President and Director of a Fortune 500 Company. He began his career in the title insurance industry, working as a Title Examiner, Escrow Officer, County Manager, District Manager, and ending as President and Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity National Financial (FNF-nyse). Patrick currently serves on the board as a director for First American Financial (FAF -nyse). He also has been Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microgeneral (MGEN-nasdaq), a software company developing production software for the real estate services industry and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS-nasdaq), a data and solutions provider of real estate services companies. Patrick has also served as Vice Chairman of Metrocities Mortgage, a Residential Mortgage Banker originating in excess of $10 billion in real estate loans in 2006.

Rick Grant

Rick Grant, Associate and Operational Specialist, has over 22 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. Rick began his career with Westinghouse of Canada in London Ontario receiving his first experience in MRP/ERP implementation. In 1992 Rick moved on to Daimler's commercial vehicle plant in St. Thomas Ontario Canada gaining valuable experience in production ramp-ups as build rates rose from 3 trucks per day to 120 per day during his tenure as Purchasing and Material Planning Manager. Working with international manufactures such as Trojan Technologies and Electro Motive Diesel, Rick has continued to develop extensive "hands on" experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing programs, Production Systems and ISO/QS standards. Additionally, he is well versed in Supplier Development having worked with various companies throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Mr. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Six Sigma Green Belt designation and obtained his Certified Professional Purchasing designation in 2000.

Terry Bruni

Terry Bruni, Associate and Operational Specialist, has over 26 years of manufacturing management experience, the majority of which at executive levels. Beginning with integrated steel, Terry began his career in front line supervision working his way up to becoming the Hot Products Manager for a modern seamless tubular facility. From there, he moved to the automotive industry, specifically assembly of commercial vehicles (trucks class 5 through 8), where he was the plant manager of Daimler's commercial vehicle plant in St. Thomas Ontario Canada - capacity of 120 trucks per day. Here he gained valuable experience in the development of lean techniques and production system environments. Mr. Bruni is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Lake Superior State University.
