As Founding Chief Strategy Officer, Bruno Kurtic leads corporate strategy. Before Sumo Logic, he served as vice president of product management for SIEM and log management products at SenSage. Before joining SenSage, Bruno developed and implemented growth strategies for large high-tech clients at the Boston Consulting Group. He spent six years at webMethods, where he was a product group director for two product lines, started the west coast engineering team and played a key role in the acquisition of Active Software Inc. Bruno also served at Andersen Consulting's Center for Strategic Technology in Palo Alto and founded a software company that developed handwriting and voice recognition software. Bruno holds a B.A. in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dione brings a passion for building customer outcome driven organizations in SaaS companies and instilling the operational rigor needed for scale, as well as personally managing client executive relationships. Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Dione was executive vice president of customer success at Apptio, where she successfully helped the company scale from a start-up and through a public offering. Dione also held executive leadership positions at Precise Software Solutions and Mercury Interactive. Dione holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jennifer McCord - CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer McCord leads strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and investor relations. Prior to becoming our CFO, Jennifer held various positions at Sumo including senior vice president, finance, and chief accounting officer. Jennifer brings over 20 years of finance experience at technology companies ranging from VC-backed start-ups to public companies, including high-growth pre-IPO organizations. Jennifer joined Sumo Logic from Duo Security, where she served as vice president, corporate controller, until Duo's acquisition by Cisco Systems. Before Duo, Jennifer held various positions at Apttus, GoFundMe, Guidewire, Centrify, and Oracle. Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University. Jennifer enjoys traveling, all things Disney, and watching hockey with her husband and 2 daughters.

Joe Kim - CEO, President

Joe Kim is the President & CEO of Sumo Logic, with over two decades of operating executive experience in the application, infrastructure, and security industries. He is passionate about helping customers address complex challenges through the delivery of powerful and efficient technologies and innovations. Before joining Sumo Logic, Joe was a senior operating partner for Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC), assisting in deal thesis, assessing product-market-fit and technology readiness, and helping portfolio companies create value for customers and shareholders through advisory, board, and mentorship activities. Prior to FPC, Joe served as the chief technology and product officer at Citrix, where he was responsible for strategy, development, and delivery of the company's $3.2B portfolio of products. Joe has held other senior executive roles at SolarWinds, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and General Electric. Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors of SmartBear and Andela. Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Science, Criminology and Law studies from Marquette University. During his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family.

Katherine (Kiki) Haar - Chief Legal Officer

As General Counsel, Kiki oversees our worldwide legal, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance affairs, and acts as a strategic advisor to our executive leadership and board of directors. Kiki has over 20 years advising public and private technology companies in a wide range of industries, both as in-house and outside counsel. Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Kiki served in various roles at Informatica, most recently as senior vice president, general counsel, and chief privacy officer. At Informatica, Kiki oversaw a globally-distributed team of legal, compliance, and license compliance professionals, and was the primary attorney responsible for Informatica's $5.3 billion leveraged buyout by private equity sponsors in 2015. Prior to Informatica, Kiki was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in public and private offerings, public company representation, and mergers and acquisitions. Kiki holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lynne joined Sumo from McAfee, where she was executive vice president, global sales and marketing, responsible for their enterprise sales, pre-sales, channel, and marketing teams. In her time at McAfee, she led them through their initial public offering, sale of the enterprise business, spin-out as a new company, and acquisition of FireEye. Prior to McAfee, Lynne spent nearly 15 years at Cisco, most recently as senior vice president of US commercial sales, Cisco's largest, single-market sales organization. In this role, she oversaw a team of more than 2,000 employees, drove $8B in revenue annually, serving 400,000+ accounts. Prior to that, Lynne was vice president of Americas security sales, responsible for over $2B across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Lynne has a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She lives in Denver with her husband, is an avid cycler and loves to bake in her spare time.

Stewart Grierson - COO

Stewart has been leading finance and operations teams for public and private technology companies for more than 25 years. Stewart joined Sumo Logic from Delphix, a leader in DevOps software, where he served as CFO. In addition, Stewart previously spent 8 years as CFO at ArcSight, the first generation SIEM leader. He also serves on the audit committee and board for Anomali and was previously audit committee chair for Ruckus Wireless. Earlier in his career, Stewart worked at KPMG and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from McGill University. He has lived in the San Francisco Bay area for the past 25 years with his wife and three children and loves to travel but considers Vermont his true home.

Suku Krishnaraj - CMO

As Chief Marketing Officer, Suku Krishnaraj is responsible for all things growth, including creating a compelling brand, messaging and positioning, market awareness, demand generation, enabling sellers and acquiring customers globally. Suku brings over 25 years of experience in building products and marketing to B2B enterprises and developers, within data analytics, IT management, cybersecurity, and IaaS/PaaS markets. Prior to Sumo Logic, Suku headed the cloud business unit at CenturyLink as their vice president and general manager. Prior to CenturyLink, Suku was the chief marketing officer at AppFog, where he built a fast-growing and vibrant developer community, and was senior vice president, product strategy, at SolarWinds, at which he built a bottom-up high-velocity GTM and demand generation engine. Suku also led product management and product marketing functions for a variety of IT Operations management products at Mercury, Hewlett Packard, and Precise. Suku started his career as a developer building large-scale distributed systems. Suku has a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Mysore University, India, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He serves on the advisory board of several startups. Tej Redkar
