Biography
Abe Maddox serves as a Broker at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC. Abe joined the SVN team in 2021 after establishing his career in the commercial real estate space and building relationships across the Southeast. Abe is seasoned in working with investors and sellers to facilitate their transactions in a smooth and efficient way. He is passionate about assisting investors in making wise decisions about their portfolios.
Abe graduated from Auburn University in 2010 and graduated from Birmingham School of Law in 2014. He resides in Hoover, Alabama, with his wife Thuvan and their two dogs, Riley and Emmie. Abe is an avid runner who applies that same persistent attitude to working for his clients.

Biography
Andrew Agee is the Senior Managing Director for SVN | AVAT Realty LLC., bringing more than 12 years of multifamily real estate experience to the SVN team. Andrew is passionate about providing outstanding value to his clients and community. He is an expert at analyzing operating data, forming advanced underwriting, and determining true value of property assets while recognizing the unique upsides and challenges of each property in order to provide excellent service to his clients.
Over the past 15 years, Andrew has been a top producer in the Southeast, completing transactions in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee, with values of more than $500 million. In 2021, Andrew and the SVN Multifamily team completed more than $225 million in transactions, selling more than 12,000 units. Andrew has been included in SVN's President's Circle and SVN International's Partner Circle each of the last 5 years, an achievement that less than one percent of advisors achieve.
Prior to founding SVN | AVAT Realty, Andrew served as Vice President and Senior Advisor of the SVN Multi Housing Group. Andrew is a member of the National Apartment Association, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, Huntsville Hospital Foundation Development Council, Committee of 100 in Huntsville, and serves on the board of the Margarita Society, a nonprofit organization that collects thousands of toys for various charitable organizations at Christmas.

Andrew heads the underwriting operation for SVN Sunbelt Multifamily and is responsible for developing the valuation, value-add strategies, and debt structure of multifamily assets in the SVN pipeline. Prior to joining SVN, Andrew worked as an Analyst at Regions Bank in a Training Development Program where he helped build integrated data products for department-wide operations and senior leadership.
Andrew grew up in the Columbus, Ohio suburb of Upper Arlington, where he played competitive baseball throughout his career. Andrew graduated from Auburn University in 2021 with a degree in Business Analytics and a concentration in Finance. In his free time, you can find Andrew playing a round of golf, fishing, or catching the nearest concert.

Jason Hyde serves as a Broker at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC. and brings more than 10 years of sales experience to the SVN | AVAT team. He began his professional sales career in 2011, specializing in risk management for residential and commercial properties. Jason prides himself on utilizing the skills he has acquired during his career to deliver optimal outcomes while keeping his clients' best interests in mind.

Joe Shaw serves as a Broker at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC. Joe began his career at SVN | AVAT as an underwriter before transitioning to his Director role. Because of his experience providing forecasting analyses, he is able to provide superior value to our clients. Joe guides buyers and sellers through their transaction processes, utilizing his strengths in negotiation and property valuation. Joe brings a repertoire of skills to our team including financial analysis and interpersonal communication, which he uses to provide our clients a seamless buying or selling experience. Joe is an effective communicator that thrives in a structured environment and brings solutions to our clients' most complex problems.
Joe is from Pittsburgh and graduated from Auburn University in May of 2018. He is a resident of Madison, Alabama.

Paul McDonald serves as a Senior Director at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC, and has been part of our team for more than five years. He brings more than 30 years of relevant experience to our team. Paul uses the people skills, product knowledge and market expertise he has acquired throughout his career to provide tailored solutions for each of his clients. He has consistently been recognized by SVN International as a top performer and he was recognized as a member of SVN International's President's Circle in 2021. Paul is also a member of the SVN Multifamily product council, an elite team of professionals who have closed more than $2.6 billion in multifamily sales.
Paul currently resides in Scottsboro, Alabama. He also holds a Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Seminary.

Richard "Rick" Chenault Sr. serves as a Broker at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC. and brings more than 45 years of real estate experience. Rick has worked as a real estate investor and developer, a real estate agent and a HVAC contractor. In his role at SVN, he applies this wealth of experience to aid his clients in their transaction experience. Rick has a strong knowledge of the multifamily and commercial real estate markets that he serves, as well as a thorough background in analyzing and valuing properties to ensure that his clients reach their desired outcome.
Rick is a graduate of Auburn University where he started on the Tigers football team. Upon graduation, Rick served our Nation in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He currently serves in his church and several community organizations. Rick is married to his wife Peggy of 45 years. They have five children and several grandchildren.

Richard is a resident of Tuscumbia, Alabama where he lives with his wife and two children. He was a pastor for 15 years and currently owns a small business where he buys and sells items from his local community members.
Zachary "Zac" McCrary serves as an Underwriter for SVN | AVAT Realty LLC. Prior to joining our team, Zac worked in several internship positions and as an orientation counselor at Auburn University where he developed his communication and leadership skills. He is passionate about working with those around him to create the best solution for the task at hand.
