Alan Lowe

Alan Lowe is Lumentum's President and CEO. Most recently he was President of JDSU's CCOP business segment from 2008 through its spin-off to form Lumentum. Under his leadership, the CCOP business was transformed by focusing on the customer, investing in market-leading innovation and improving operational execution. Lowe joined JDSU in September 2007 as Senior Vice President of JDSU's Commercial Lasers group, which was ultimately integrated into CCOP. Before his career at JDSU, Lowe was Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions at Asyst Technologies, Inc., a leader in automating semiconductor and flat panel display fabs. Prior to this role, Lowe was President and Chief Executive Officer of Read-Rite Corporation, a manufacturer of thin-film recording heads for disk and tape drives. Lowe also held various sales positions at Microcom Corporation and IBM Corporation. Lowe holds bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara and also completed the Stanford Executive Program.

Bill Nighan

Bill joined ETM in August 2008 to develop ETM's business in medical, security, and alternative energy markets. Prior to joining ETM, he was with the Incubic Venture Fund, where he led investments in a number of successful technology and medical device companies, and served as Incubic's "interim CEO in residence" for several start-ups. From 1993 to 2000, Bill built and led the engineering teams that developed Spectra-Physics Lasers' diode-pumped solid-state laser products, as Director of Engineering and Advanced Research of SPLs' OEM Business Unit. These award-winning products led SPL's transformation into "The Solid State Laser Company" and its IPO in 1997 (acquired in 2003 by Newport Corporation). From 1990 to 1993 at the Carl Zeiss Laser Technology Center, he managed development and gained FDA clearance for new surgical laser products in arthroscopy. Bill graduated from Brown University with a Sc.B. from the EE Honors Program, and from Princeton with a Ph.D. in the EE Electronic Materials and Devices Program. He has had over twenty U.S. patents issued, is a member of the IEEE and OSA, and serves on the Boards of Nellix Endovascular, and Greystripe.

Brian Paper

Brian Paper is Teledyne ETM's Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for directing the long-range strategic planning process for the Operations team by overseeing and managing all operations, including Purchasing, Material Planning, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Inventory Control, Equipment/Facilities Maintenance and Environmental Health & Safety. Before joining Teledyne ETM, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer of Bay Area Circuits, a printed circuit board manufacturer, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's business and manufacturing operations. Prior to Bay Area Circuits, Brian was the founder and VP Business Operations for Niveus, which designed and manufactured premium digital media server and software products for the home theater market. He's also served as a Strategic Operations advisor for Silicon Valley startups.

Cassio B. Conceicao - COO, EVP

Cassio Conceicao, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has over 25 years of technology industry experience, leading change and continuous improvement across a broad range of business disciplines, such as operations, business development, product development, marketing, engineering, and customer service. Prior to SGI, Mr. Conceicao served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Services Business at Applied Materials, Inc., the global leading provider of manufacturing equipment to the semiconductor, flat-panel display, and solar energy industries. He previously held the position of Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Kinetics Fluid Systems, a manufacturer of gas delivery systems and components for the semiconductor equipment industry. Mr. Conceicao earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, both from Stanford University.

David Dunlop

David Dunlop is Teledyne ETM's Vice President of Finance. Joining Teledyne ETM in late 2022, Mr. Dunlop is responsible for all financial functions for Teledyne ETM. Before joining, he held previous roles as Group Controller at Transdigm Inc and Regional Controller / Director of Business Development at Jabil Inc including time spent in Europe, Asia and the US. David holds a bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Napier Business School, Edinburgh and is a chartered global management accountant (CGMA) through CIMA.

Jeffrey B. Child - CFO

Jeff serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a family office. From February 1999 through June 2003, he served as a Managing Director, U.S. Equity Capital Markets at Bank of America Securities LLC. Prior to that time, he served as a Managing Director in the Health Care Group at Bank of America Securities and Montgomery Securities. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors of AMERIGROUP Corporation and ev3 Inc. He also serves as a Trustee of the Menlo Park City School District Board of Education. Jeff holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Davis and a MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jerry Mix

Jerry Mix has been Chief Executive Officer of Finelite Inc. since January 1, 2012. Mr. Mix co-founded The Watt Stopper, Inc. in 1984 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until November 2011. He has provided extraordinary vision and leadership throughout the past 28 years. Mr. Mix serves on the board of directors of Finis Aquatic Products, ETM Electromatic Incorporated, and Finelite Lighting. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Lumewave Inc., ETM Electromatic Incorporated, and California Lighting Technology Center. Mr. Mix graduated from the University of Arizona with a BSBE in Marketing in 1980.

Jesse Iverson

Jesse Iverson is Teledyne ETM's Vice President of Client Management and General Manager of our Loveland, Colorado office. He is responsible for all of Teledyne ETM's service and support, including repairs, maintenance, training and spares. He also manages our integration services that occur out of our Loveland office. Jesse joined ETM in 2004 as Product Marketing Manager of ETM's SatCom product line. He then served as Client Manager for our strategic military SatCom customers. As Director of Service, Jesse was responsible for customer service functions and Teledyne ETM's previous remote service center in Salt Lake City, before taking on all of ETM's service and support activities in Loveland. Jesse holds an MBA from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Kayte Mariani

Kayte Mariani is Teledyne ETM's Vice-President of Engineering and Program Management. She is responsible for the planning, direction and control of product development and engineering activities and supervises several teams of engineers and program managers. In the past, she has served as: Director of Microwave Power Projects; Director of Project Engineering, Integration and Test; Director of Programs; Director of Marketing; and Product Marketing Manager. Prior to joining ETM in 1998, Kayte was with Litton's Electron Devices Division where she worked both in Sales and in Engineering. Kayte holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Ryan Pollace

Ryan Pollace is Teledyne ETM's General Manager. He previously held the position of Vice President High Power Microwave. Ryan joined ETM in 2001 as Product Marketing Manager of ETM's Instrumentation product line. He then served as Director of Products, responsible for marketing and managing of Teledyne ETM's instrumentation, satellite communications, and electronic warfare product lines. Ryan holds a MBA with a concentration in Marketing and a BA of Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
