Alicia is responsible for monitoring the completion of administration, marketing and listing tasks. She is a graduate of Durham College with an Advanced Diploma in Legal Administration. In her capacity as the Team Manager she is responsible for overall accountability to Brad's clients, She arranges Brad's marketing activities. As such, she is Brad's principle liason with media, legal, financial, advertising, and other suppliers. Alicia's single most important role is to ensure Brad's clients are kept informed of all activity relative to their listing or property search.
A recent graduate from Queens University, receiving a Master of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The MMIE19' program gave Evan significant knowledge in negotiation, sales persuasion, business ethics and law. Growing up in Toronto Beaches area and living in Lindsay since 2007 Evan has grown to love the Kawartha Lakes and the sense of community when you live here. In joining Team Brad Bird Evan has had the pleasure and the responsibility of guiding all their clients to find their dream home and to ensure they receive the best possible deal. Evan looks forward to welcoming new residents to the area and sharing his experience of what it means to live here and what to expect living in the Kawartha Lakes.

We welcome Kari to the team as a Sales Representative that will make a difference. As well as attaining her Real Estate License, she has achieved designations as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). As an Accredited Staging Professional Kari's creativity and eye for detail will bring your home to the forefront of the market. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist who focus' on transitioning, Kari will meet the unique needs of the population when buying, selling, relocating or downsizing. Kari's patience will support caring and efficient life transitions.
Keith, following in his father's footsteps, has been a Volunteer Firefighter for the City of Kawartha Lakes since 2012. His passion for his community doesn't stop at being a Firefighter - Keith is also heavily involved with the Kinsmen Club of Lindsay, having held positions such as Treasurer, President, and chairing the Kinsmen Toy Drive. Before becoming a REALTOR in 2016, Keith was a Business Support Manager for Staples, and a Service Supervisor for the uniform company Cintas. Clients love Keith's informational, thorough, thoughtful new-age approach when dealing with Real-estate transactions. Keith brings a love for his community and a strong business background combined with a trustworthy, friendly and outgoing personality to Team Brad Bird.
Meet Patrick; Patrick was born in Edmonton Alberta, however he moved to the Kawarthas in 1991 with his family at the age of three. Since then, Patrick has made this his home! He has a wife whom he met shortly after graduating from Fleming College in Peterborough, and two young children. Patrick established a wealth of experience throughout his career at Cintas Uniforms located in Lindsay. Patrick earned numerous accolades starting as a Service rep, Sales Rep and finishing as a Service Manager. Patrick enjoys a lifelong friendship in fellow team member Keith McDonald. It was this relationship and utilizing his previous experience that drew him to a new career in Real Estate. Patrick brings Honesty, Organization, Follow Up and Follow Through to an already Powerful Team Brad Bird.

Reenie has been with Team Brad Bird since 2020 and is responsible for managing social media, our website and digital media projects. Reenie attended the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and attained her Bachelors Arts in Communication specializing in Digital Media. Following, Reenie attended Durham College and attained her Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communication. Most recently, Reenie has a certificate in Content Advertising. She prides herself in ensuring the Team Brad Bird brand is showcased in all advertisements.

Sherry has an extensive career in real estate which allows her to share her vast knowledge and expertise with our clients.
