Callum started his career in insurance in 2018, joining Thatch Assist in October 2022. Callum brings with him a wealth of experience in personal lines insurance, working for one of the larget brokers in the country. With a needs based approach, Callum is on hand to make sure that you have the policy that meets all your requirements.

Helen joined Thatch Assist in January 2022 having worked within the general insurance industry since 2004. The majority of her experience has been in specialist home insurance for thatch, listed, high net worth and flood risk properties. Helen is committed to providing excellent customer service and is looking forward to building relationships with clients to really understand their insurance needs.
