Baheya joined TCV in 2017, where she contributed to the early stages of the fund's development and participated in the first fundraising round. She is currently the head of fund administration alongside investment activities.
Before joining TCV in 2023, Maha had gained 20+ years of experience in Finance, working in multinationals and local companies across various functions, including financial accounting & reporting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, and cash management.
During her career, Maha leveraged her financial analysis and business modeling expertise to deliver valuable insights supporting business decisions and growth opportunities.
Maha held senior positions in Vodafone and Pfizer, Taqa Arabia, and Saudi German Health Group, where she managed complex financial operations with a track record of improved performance and efficiencies.
Maha completed her CMA designation from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the IFRS certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Mohamed joined TCV in 2023, where he performed a financial and commercial analysis of several pipeline companies across F&B, logistics, MedTech, and financial services.
Before joining TCV in 2022, Noha had accumulated over ten years of experience in PE and investment banking, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of high-profile transactions.
During her career, Noha worked on various projects ranging from M&As, valuations, and capital market transactions with expert knowledge in banking & insurance, and power infrastructure sectors.
Noha was the investment manager in Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (EKH), where she excelled at turning capital into tangible and lucrative investments managing a portfolio of total assets worth USD 1.2b.
Noha was the senior vice president and head of PE execution in Misr Capital (PE arm of Banque Misr). Noha assisted in launching the Education fund and Healthcare fund, raising the initial seed capital from renowned state-owned organizations.
Ramez joined TCV in 2019, where he gained first-hand investment experience in non-bank financial services, agriculture, logistics as well as various subsegments of the healthcare industry. He is also involved in performing financial due diligence and valuation modeling as well as administering the legal processes.
Raphael joined TCV In 2021, where he executed his first exit strategy in the F&B sector alongside his colleagues, working closely with investment banks, legal counsels, financial advisors, and consultants. He is also involved in various aspects of the investment cycle across sectors such as retail, healthcare, logistics & infrastructure.
Prior to TCV, Raphael gained Private Equity and Asset Management experience at Catalyst Partners and Beltone Financial, where he focused on the non-bank financial sector.
