The Aigas Trust has been successfully achieving its aims since 1979, primarily through promoting environmental education. Through the work of the Trust, Aigas Field Centre has developed a reputation for delivering high quality environmental education programmes to school children from throughout the U.K, primarily Scotland. We deliver day programmes to over 160 Highland schools and over 5,000 school children every year... The Aigas Trust for Environmental Education was founded in 1979 to provided subsidised environmental education programmes for school children.
