April Elwood

April Elwood joined serves as a Continuing Education Administrator for CE Synergy. She works closely with the Continuing Education team to enhance the development of high quality educational opportunities for oncology healthcare professionals. April has been with CE Synergy since its inception and brings 10 years of experience in a pediatric medical facility as a Child Life Specialist and marketing department as a Human Resources Marketing Coordinator. April holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hiram College, a Master of Arts degree in Child Life from the University of Akron, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.

Julie Marino

Having joined CE Synergy in 2013, Julie Marino serves as the Continuing Education Administrator. Julie currently identifies continuing education (CE) opportunities and assists in developing CE programs for CE Synergy. She works closely with ACPE to develop knowledge-, application-, and home-study activities that fill identified educational gaps and needs regarding cutting-edge and/or controversial topics that will permit oncology healthcare professionals to treat patients at the highest achievable level. Julie is adept at ensuring high-quality, innovative, and comprehensive professional development and educational activities to advance clinical practice and enhance the quality of care provided to patients. Additionally, with over 15 years of experience in Marketing/Media, Julie assists CE Synergy in identifying new ideas and creating marketing strategies to improve top-of-mind awareness, branding, and ultimately value for our clients. It is our goal to make sure that our current and future clients understand why we are unique and best suited for their needs. Julie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Advertising.

Morgan Culver

Morgan Culver is the CE Director for CE Synergy. Morgan is responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing continuing education (CE) programs for the company and managing all CE employees and activities. She works collaboratively with programming partners and the CE Synergy team to ensure educational programs are scientifically rigorous, engaging, and innovative in their delivery. Morgan has been with CE Synergy since January 2021 and brings over 10 years of clinical practice and academic experience to the team. Most recently, she served as a clinical pharmacy specialist in acute care malignant hematology at VCU Health in Richmond, VA. Prior to that she was an assistant professor at Notre Dame of Maryland University with a practice site in pediatric hematology/oncology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. During her time in clinical practice, Morgan was a clinical preceptor to over 50 students, several PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents, and many medical interns, residents, and fellows. She has served as the principle investigator for numerous research projects, published in various journals and a textbook, and presented her research nationally. While in an academic position, Morgan coordinated multiple courses, developed and delivered didactic and lab-based content for over 40 topics, and served on varying committees within the School and University. Morgan holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wingate University School of Pharmacy and completed both her PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 oncology pharmacy residency at VCU Health. She is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) and has been an active member of the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA), including service on the Publications and Research Abstract Review committees. Notably, she was honored with the VCU Health System/VCU School of Medicine Faculty Excellence in Teaching by a Non-Physician Educator Award in 2016.

Rachael Anderson

Rachael Anderson serves as the Project Coordinator for CE Synergy. She works closely with the Project Management Administrator to keep the company organized at both corporate and departmental levels, as well as initiating marketing and graphic design projects. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Her background is in Marketing, Administrative Assistance, and Operations.

Reginna James

Reginna James serves as the Bookkeeper for CE Synergy. She works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to keep the company's books in-tact and helps to assist with all financial initiatives. Reginna holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Rasmussen College in Bloomington, Minnesota. With a fondness for numbers, Reginna has 20 years of experience in accounting and has worked in a variety of industries including the medical field.

Shauna Coleman

Shauna Coleman serves as the Project Management Administrator for CE Synergy. She oversees business processes, project management software, supports project-related activities for the Continuing Education staff, assists with corporate compliance of project-related software packages, company-issued policies and procedures, and company-defined processes. Shauna works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop, manage, and maintain key business processes and project implementation plans as well as coordinates and helps train on company software rollouts. With more than 14 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Management Administrator, Shauna has worked for both large and small companies in the Healthcare Information Technology and Publishing sectors. She helps to guide process improvement initiatives and keep the company organized and ready for existing and new clients. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.

Terri Davidson

Terri Davidson serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice-President of Finance for CE Synergy. She founded the company in 2017 and is responsible for achieving the company's strategic objectives as well as securing capital and financial planning. Terri has more than 25 years of practical and clinical experience in oncology healthcare, team management, and sales. She has 15 years experience managing the pharmaceutical care for medical oncology, surgical oncology, hematology, and blood and marrow transplant patients at Emory University Hospital. She also conducted and published oncology-related clinical research and directed the oncology pharmacy residency and student training at Emory. Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy since 1981, Terri is a Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP). She was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) in 1993 and the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) in 1994. Terri has held numerous committee appointments for various organizations and associations, including the ACCP, ASHP, and the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA). She is also a member of the American Medical Writers Association, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the International Society for Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Georgia and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy.
