THE RHINEBECK COALITION

Initially, The Rhinebeck Coalition LLC was created to address a currently proposed development on Ackert Hook Road in the RC5 Zone in the rural area of Rhinebeck and provide citizens with an option to sign a Petition in Opposition to the proposed development. The Proposed Rock Ledge Development includes a 36 condominium development, though the application to the Rhinebeck Planning Board is incomplete at this time... Our goal is to organize the many new and longstanding organizations, groups and individuals who want to support Rhinebeck and the Rhinebeck Comprehensive Plan to ensure Rhinebeck retains its rural character, conserves water and land resources and limits development based on conservation principles... We want to serve as a platform to share information about environmental and development issues for Rhinebeck Village and Town.
