Hey there! My name is Analisa. I'm the owner of Thrive Mental Health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Kentucky and the sole clinician at Thrive. I currently offer virtual telehealth appointments for individuals ages 8 and up. My approach to counseling is rooted in person-centered theory. I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life. But even as the expert, sometimes we need an extra hand. I encourage clients to "be in the drivers seat" during sessions while acting as a guide to ensure we are working towards your goals. Every client is unique! I take care in tailoring each session towards your unique set of needs. At Thrive, our mission is to provide counseling that gives clients a warm, empathetic, supportive and safe space. It is my hope that through counseling, clients gain awareness and skills to feel empowered in their lives.
