Chikondi is a Programmes Coordinator at Tingathe. She has a passion for community development and finds contentment in taking part in changing people's lives from poverty to prosperity. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Community Development Degree obtained from Pentecostal Life University and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Community Development (ABMA) from Lilongwe Technical College. Chikondi is also an advocate for women's empowerment and girl-child education. She believes that advocating for women and girls ensures that they are heard, taken seriously, have access to appropriate information & services, and that their rights are respected. She thinks it likely that empowering women and girls is essential at every level of development.

Francis Sodzapanja

Francis serves as the Finance, Administration, and Procurement Officer at Tingathe. With extensive managerial experience and a strong background in supply chain management, he excels at utilizing various inventory management software and employing effective vendor management strategies. Francis holds a Degree and a diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

Martin Mbewe

Martin Mbewe is a Development Communications Specialist with 3 years of progressive experience and currently serves as a Communications and Marketing Officer at Tingathe. He holds a Diploma in Journalism from the Malawi Institute of Journalism (MIJ) and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication. He has also worked with the Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) as a current affairs reporter. Martin also had the opportunity to hone his Communications competencies while working at Cure International and the Ministry of Agriculture's Communications Branch. He has also volunteered his time and skill set at the One Step Foundation, which focuses on improving the lives of street-connected children. Martin, who is passionate about change and cultural communications, enjoys writing on topical issues that are of concern to Malawians. He is also passionate about social work and strongly believes that women, children, and the youth have the potential to attain economic independence and become change-makers in their communities if they are accorded the requisite support.

Sarah Lindeire is the co-founder and Country Representative of the Presidential award-winning social enterprise Tingathe. She has over thirteen years of programming experience in Gender and Governance, EVAWG, SRGBV, Vocational training for youth, Human rights, and Child protection.

Tamanda Kachika

Tamanda Kachika is a graduate with a BA in International Relations, Upper-Second Class Honors from London Metropolitan University. Currently, she serves as the Programmes Officer at Tingathe. With a background in overseeing planning, executing, and evaluating projects, Tamanda collaborates with project leads, translating strategic plans into actionable tasks. Throughout her career, Tamanda has gained valuable experience in implementing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) plans, conducting resource mobilization campaigns, building brands, leading proposal developments, and managing stakeholder relationships. Her professional journey is driven by a deep commitment to fostering transformative change. Passionate about contributing to the promotion of development and global equality, Tamanda firmly believes in the immense potential of every individual, regardless of their circumstances. She is dedicated to providing the right support, encouragement, and guidance to help women, children, and young people achieve what they may deem impossible. At the core of her values is the belief that, with the proper assistance, individuals can surpass even the loftiest expectations.
