Our Process: You detail and "story-board" all aspects of your dream home - as specific or as general as you prefer. We work together with our designers and architects to present you with appropriate floor plan and architectural options. As the vision becomes more clear, we fine-tune your floor plan, elevation style, and many selections (colors, materials, etc). Once everything is approved by you, we begin the permitting and construction process while keeping you updated daily or weekly. The builder is involved from the very beginning so that there is open communication between the builder and designers which greatly reduces costs and delays...
