Amy Rehn, MSOL, BFA is Chief Operating Officer at Triad Hybrid Solutions. Amy is responsible for the execution of the firm's mandate to deliver expert and pleasant consultation, service and back office support. She is also responsible for the evaluation and advisor awareness of strategic partnerships. Amy began her career in Financial Services in 2001 and currently serves as Senior Vice President in Advisory Services for Triad Advisors, LLC. In that role she develops and executes advisor education efforts and offers direct advisor consultation. She manages the more complex advisory systems, working to ensure proper functionality and issue resolution.
Amy is a member of the FSI Investment Advisory Services Council as well as a committee member of the Ladenburg Institute of Women and Finance (LIWF). In 2018 she served as Track Coordinator for FSI OneVoice, creating Advisory sessions for the conference. Recently she coordinated LIFT University, a student outreach program within LIWF, aimed at increasing the number of women in the financial services industry by inviting qualified students to the annual conference for education, networking, and one-on-one guidance from financial advisors.
Amy began her career in financial services in 2001 and holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses. She is a Georgia native living in the Atlanta area with her husband and two children.

Jason Gerb is Chief Compliance Officer of Triad Hybrid Solutions. In his role, Jason is responsible for the implementation of compliance programs and provides oversight to THS and its financial professionals. Jason will develop an overall vision for compliance functional areas to effectively manage and mitigate risk.

Michael C. Bryan is Chief Executive Officer at Triad Hybrid Solutions. Michael is responsible for the firm's vision, model and strategic development. He also offers consultation and education regarding the growth of advisors' individual practices and the advancement of industry partnerships. Michael began in the fee-based advisor world over 15 years ago and also acts as Senior Vice President at Triad Advisors, LLC. where he has managed the Advisory Services platform since 2005. He is responsible for the team that provides the firm's account structures, products, services and strategic partnerships, which allow advisors to offer fee-based solutions to clients. Like the approach at Triad Hybrid Solutions, his team also acts as consultant to advisors in converting to and growing the fee-based portion of their independent practice. Michael continues to live where he grew up, in Atlanta, where he is active in his community and various organizations, as well as serving as advocate for the independent advisor industry through various organizations.
