Venator Associates is a specialist executive search boutique launched in 2011 with the aim of providing recruitment services to the Equity Derivative and Fund Linked Derivative markets. In 2012 we expanded our offering to cover the Synthetic Equity and Delta One areas, and in 2013 began recruiting in the Systematic Trading and Program Trading areas.
