Christian Klett graduated in engineering and joined VPC in Vetschau as a project engineer in 2009, before becoming head of Process and Environmental Engineering in 2016. He possesses a wealth of expertise in the field of steam turbines and in handling small and large-scale projects as project engineer, construction and erection supervisor, building owner and project manager. With great commitment and dedication, Christian Klett is always on the lookout for improvements and pragmatic solutions for his clients and staff. From 2010 to 2015 he contributed decisively in various roles to the construction of Vattenfall's Moorburg CHP plant in Hamburg. Christian Klett studied mechanical engineering at TU Dresden, specializing in aerospace engineering.

Jörn Matschke holds a doctorate in engineering and joined VPC in Vetschau as Project Manager in 2010, before becoming head of the Project Management division in 2016. Since 2020 Jörn Matschke become head of Division Plant Technology & Optimisation. He looks back on many years' experience in managing large-scale projects and ensures that all projects are executed on schedule to the satisfaction of his clients with a high degree of quality and cost efficiency. With great commitment and dedication, Jörn Matschke is always on the lookout for improvements and pragmatic solutions for his clients and staff. He previously worked as Technical Project Manager at EnBW power plants. Jörn Matschke studied mechanical engineering at Dresden University of Technology and subsequently gained a doctorate there in the field of power engineering.

Ralph Thilo holds a degree in engineering and has been in charge of VPC's O&M services in the Hamburg area since 2017. Thanks to his persistent nature and good contacts to local customers, he has already been able to win numerous projects for his department and thus supports the growth in VPC's O&M Service business. Based on his many years of experience in company management and operation of energy plants, he always has the cost and process efficiency of the projects in view - to the complete satisfaction of his customers. Previously, Ralph served as a Director at Fortum Service Germany. Ralph Thilo studied mechanical engineering at the University of Stuttgart.
