Alice brings several years of providing solutions-focused recruitment services to the Star People team, starting off in commercial before specialising in pharma, medtech and biotech.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, she focuses on medtech and medical devices, from product development through to market at all levels.
She is a lover of wildlife and nature, as well as strength training, a pub quiz, board games, and Harry Potter.
Christian has over seven years' experience in healthcare and digital change recruitment, and prides himself on building relationships with clients and candidates with integrity, honesty, and empathy.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a digital and technical standpoint, as well as a chunk of life experience as an older member of the team - his words.
In his spare time Christian is passionate about tech, all-things digital, gaming, and football.

Danny has over 16 years' experience within pharma, medtech and biotech recruitment specialisms and extensive knowledge of leading campaigns and specialist assignments across the UK and Ireland.
Responsible for recruitment delivery and client development, he is passionate about building high-performing teams with culture heart.
Outside work Danny enjoys live music, travel and sport - particularly following Manchester City around Europe.
Elaine has over 17 years' recruitment experience across Software, Finance, Executive, NHS, and Pharma, and has recruited across the UK, Ireland, and various European countries.
As Recruitment Team Lead, she takes responsibility for regulatory and clinical roles across the UK and Ireland and leads part of the Star People team with a focus on commercial, digital, medical, and healthcare comms.
Elaine is a huge fan of F1 and GAA, as well as music, and tries to go to as many gigs as possible. She now spends most of her free time taxiing her two daughters to and from their never-ending events.

Estelle joined us in 2019 to cover our pharma vacancies in the south of the UK, and before that worked as a rep at a large pharma company within the Respiratory therapy area.
Her passions are playing tennis, going to festivals, skiing, and travelling. She also loves eating food in new places with family and friends.

Sarah has over 14 years' certified recruitment experience, most of it within pharma and medtech, and heads up Outsourcing at Star People - bridging the gap between our operations department and recruitment to ensure we provide the best possible delivery outcomes to our clients.
Outside of work Sarah is a busy mum of two, and loves creating wonderful memories with long beach walks and impromptu day trips. In a previous life she sold designer radiators to the rich and famous, and trained as a primary school teacher.
Steph covers a wide range of roles across the north of the UK and Scotland and has several years' experience in the pharma recruitment industry.
Outside the office she enjoys running, going to the gym, and walking her dog, Derek. She also loves to meet friends, and travel to new places and experience new cultures.
