Cindy Peterson

Cindy Peterson is a Legal Assistant, who has worked with Jack E. Wenarsky, Esq. since 2007. She brings over 25 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration and real estate transactions. Cindy earned her Paralegal Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University in 1997. She lives in the Township of Roxbury with a dog and two cats.

Marissa Dontas

Job Titles:
  • Senior Paralegal
Marissa is the Firm's senior paralegal. She is in charge of all document gathering and initial bankruptcy petition drafting. She has been with the Firm for 10 years. Marissa resides in New York with her children.

Nicole Amor

Nicole is the firm's intake specialist and receptionist. She is the first point of contact for most of the firm's clients.

Scott J. Goldstein

Wenarsky & Goldstein is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Offices of Wenarsky & Goldstein, LLC. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the States of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is an honours graduate of Haverford College (B.A. 2001) and obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2004. Following law school, Scott returned to New Jersey to work for one of New Jersey's most prestigious firms, practising in the areas of commercial litigation, fidelity and surety law. After practising in these areas with firms of various size, Scott started his own firm in 2010 with the goal of helping individuals and small businesses that he saw struggling as the economy stagnated. Scott is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bar Association, the American Inns of Court and the Bankruptcy Inn of Court. He has lectured other attorneys on bankruptcy law through Lawline.com, a major provider of online continuing legal education. Scott also donates his time to assisting indigent debtors as a volunteer attorney with Legal Services of Northwest Jersey. Scott resides in western Morris County with his wife and children. He is active in his community, having served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Hatikvah in Flanders, New Jersey. Scott and the Firm are active supporters of Children's Specialized Hospital and the Saint Barnabas Hospital NICU. When Scott is not in the office, he can be found spending time with his family or training at the dojo, where he recently earned his black belt.
