Actively involved in international sports recruitment since 2003, Andrew has spent significant time in the USA having visited 25 states to build networks. Interesting Facts: Andrew has an impressive youth managerial career behind him (339-88-18). In a 16 year career at Youth Team Manager at Chester le Street Town Andrew's teams picked up 26 championships including tournament wins. He notes his greatest achievement as steering the club's youth team to the last 32 of the F.A. Youth Cup in January 2004. Chester-le-Street lost 2-0 at West Ham United, just a few short rounds from the final. When the team were eventually knocked out of the competition there were only 8 English Premier League clubs still involved. This cup run set a North-East of England non-league record.

KARL HAGGON is Head of USA & Canada Operations for WHM Sports Recruitment. Based in Atlanta (Georgia), Karl leads our talent identification teams. Developing and maintaining brand infrastructure and relationships form key aspects of Karl's role. Karl moved to America in 2004, living in Texas then Virginia before settling in the Atlanta metro area. In his spare time Karl can be found watching soccer at Atlanta United or out socialising in trendy Buckhead. Karl supports Sunderland AFC and his favourite phrase is "six in a row". Interesting Facts: Karl is a USSF A Coaching Licence holder and has worked as Assistant Soccer Coach for NCAA Peach Belt Conference outfit Clayton State University in Atlanta. He is also a Director of Concord Fire SC in Atlanta.
