Whipped Away is a home-based baking business located in High Bridge, NJ specializing in birthday, and special occassion cakes... Hi! My name is Courtney! I am an aspiring pastry chef currently living in High Bridge, NJ. I've lived in High Bridge my whole life and have been creating cakes and desserts from home in order to build my business! Currently, I am a full time employee at Cocoluxe Fine Pastries in Peapack, NJ, but all my creations come from my kitchen at home... I am a Culinary Institute of America alumni, with my associates in baking and pastry '18 and my bachelors degree in food service & business management '19. During my time at CIA I was given many incredible opportunities to further my baking and pastry education, including my 4 month long internship at The Four Seasons Hualalai, located in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Here I did production in the bakeshop as well as worked the dessert line at Ulu Ocean Grill. Additionally I spent two weeks touring France during my bachelors..
