Micki Hofman has been with Williams Executive Search for over 20 years. Managing all research and administrative functions for the firm, Ms. Hofman is responsible for coordinating and maintaining critical research, marketing and communications that facilitate the candidate selection and scheduling process. Ms. Hofman brings an exceptionally high level of detail to candidate searches, online postings and applicant/client communication, which are critical elements of the firm's quality processes. Prior to joining Williams Executive Search, Ms. Hofman held the position of Staffing Supervisor for Staff Plus, a well-respected Minneapolis temporary staffing agency where she was responsible for recruitment and placement of temporary office staff in Fortune 500 companies.
