This dream was born in the backdrop of the bleak scenario of education in Bihar. As is popularly known that quality of education imparted by our educational institutions is generally abysmal and this is true across the board, with few exceptions only. When it comes to girls, they are doubly disadvantaged. Half of the women population in this part have not even seen a school... Women , Muslim, Dalit, The poor belonging to any caste or religion, are denied access to the written word, doomed forever to rely on received wisdom &unable to realise even a fragment of their true potential... provide quality and life affirming education to those who are condemned to live a life of darkness and ignorance. Right now, the backbone of my optimism is a small but committed band of friends, who are ready to help.
