Greg Dolan - Chief Commercial Officer

Greg Dolan directs Xytech's sales and marketing organizations worldwide and plays a key role in setting the strategic direction of the company. Greg joined Xytech after more than decade at the helm another company in the Enterprise Resource Management space firm, where he was the primary driver for the company's growth. As the senior executive, Greg led that company into new markets and greater visibility, while successfully introducing a suite of software products for the media services, broadcast, and video transmission industries. Prior to that time, Greg held several senior positions; including CIO of the New York Media Group and Manager of Budget Systems for Sedgwick James. In each position Greg was responsible for the achievement of critical business growth goals through technology.

Matt Waldock

Matt Waldock represents the EMEA region as part of Xytech's management team both as VP and as the Director of Business Development. Matt re-joined Xytech in February 2020 after a 14 year break, during which time he was Director of Business Systems at Deluxe Media, and ran a successful consultancy covering most area's of the broadcast and media industry. Starting out in Post Production over 27 years ago, Matt brings a wealth of cross market, industry experience to the EMEA team, as well as extensive skills across software design, business analysis, product management and program management.

Richard Gallagher - CEO, President

Richard Gallagher serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Xytech. In addition to his executive duties, Richard leads the Product Development Group for the company, focusing on the continued expansion of the MediaPulse suite of applications.In 1984, Richard founded Medical Digital Technologies, Inc. Under this banner, he designed and coded the MED-OCCUR software system, which was sold to over 600 doctors, surgery centers and medical clinics around the U.S. In 1988, he designed a Facility Management System for post production companies and founded Xymox Systems. With the acquisition of Gentech in 1998, the company changed its name to Xytech Systems, and Richard was named CEO. He assumed the additional role of President in 2004.When not working with software, Richard was a two-time Ultimate Frisbee National Champion, and he was voted into the Ultimate Frisbee Hall of Fame in 2015.

Stefan Nied

Stefan Nied serves as Xytech's Vice President and Managing Director of ScheduALL. Nied is responsible for the ScheduALL customer success and support. A veteran of ScheduALL, Nied previously left the company in September 2020 but returns under Xytech's ownership, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge of ScheduALL's customers and product line. During his 23 years at ScheduALL, Nied served as Vice President of Services and Customer Success until the 2015 acquisition of ScheduALL by Net Insight, AB. He then served as Senior Director of Global Strategic Accounts within the larger Net Insight corporate structure, continuing his leadership and key account management within the ScheduALL software business unit.

Susie Nemeti - CFO

Susie Nemeti serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Xytech. With more than 30 years of experience in finance and operation organizations, Susie is responsible for leading Xytech's finance, accounting, human resources and information technology departments. Prior to joining Xytech, Susie Co-founded Optical Communication Products, Inc. (OCPI) and was the company's Chief Corporate Development Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Administration in 2006 and its Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Secretary from 1991 to 2006. In November 2001, Susie successfully completed the initial public offering of OCPI. She served as a member of the board of director from September 1996 to November 2000. Susie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Tanmay Goel

Tanmay Goel serves as the Vice President of Professional Services. Tanmay is responsible for overseeing and managing the consulting and implementation projects across the US and internationally. Prior to this role, Tanmay was the Director of Product Integration and Workflow Automation services at Xytech. Before joining Xytech, Tanmay held a senior engineer and technical consultant position at a reputed M&E consulting company. Tanmay earned a Master of Business Administration at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
