Martha Sathekge started her career with the Nkwe Platinum Group in 2007 as a secretary & receptionist after obtaining her National Diploma in Logistics Management. During her time with the company, she has persisted in developing herself and achieved her Bachelor of Technology in Logistics in 2015. She has since become the Procurement Administrator in our Technical and Operations Department. Over her 15 years with the company, Martha has been dedicated and hard working. Her consistent positive attitude has made a huge difference in the Procurement team. It's rare to come across people who are so committed and passionate. She displays admirable work ethic principles, and we are fortunate to have someone as dedicated as her onboard. Martha is the proud mother to an 11-year-old boy. She is close with her family and enjoys spending time with them.

Shudufadzo Siphugu

Shudufhadzo Siphugu has more than 6 years of financial management experience in mining, construction, and road toll systems. Highlights of her illustrious career includes the auditing of the Central Energy Fund, the Gautrain Management Agency (construction phase) and the Johannesburg Development Agency (Bus Rapid Transport project).

Shudufhadzo Siphugu is South Africa Zijin Platinum's Finance Manager and currently manages and oversees all financial aspects of the company, including internal and external audits, to ensure the flow of accurate and timeous financial information to the stakeholders.

Simon Mothoa

Simon Mothoa started his career as a young man in exploration. In 2006 he joined the Nkwe Platinum Limited team. He has since become Site Assistant in our Technical and Operations Department. Over 15 years, Simon has been instrumental in setting up and maintaining the core shed. He has become a valuable team member during the various stages of the project, from project inception in 2006, right through the exploration phase to the current mine development stage. He is indispensable and a reliable employee who can be trusted to get the job done. Simon's family stays in Mokopane. He is happily married and the proud father of 4 adult children.
