Our products are made from plants. You know, grown on farms from the soil of the Earth, cooled by rain and warmed by the sun... Our first large-scale food manufacturing site is located in Oakland, California. We are also partnered with a co-manufacturer, OSI, which provides additional manufacturing capacity for our products... Hi. We're Impossible Foods! Our mission is to make the global food system truly sustainable by making meat, fish, and dairy products from plants. Why? Animal agriculture uses a tremendous amount of the world's natural resources. In 2016, we launched our first product, the Impossible™ Burger*. It's delicious, packed with protein, and uses a small fraction of the land, water and energy required to make meat from a cow.
