Hasnain is a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer at The Resource Group (TRG). Hasnain is responsible for leading all acquisitions, divestitures and corporate finance initiatives at TRG. He has spearheaded TRG's growth through over 25 acquisitions & divestitures since its inception in 2002. Hasnain is also integrally involved in general management, strategy, finance, recruiting and fundraising. He currently serves on the Boards of several TRG portfolio companies, including Afiniti, e-TeleQuote Insurance and iSKY. Prior to TRG, Hasnain was the Director of Corporate Development at Align Technology (NASDAQ: ALGN) and an investment banker in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology group at J.P. Morgan in New York and San Francisco. Hasnain has an A.B. with Honors in Economics from Harvard University. Hasnain is also involved in several community service initiatives including serving as the Chairman of the Board of the Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs of North America (OPEN) in Washington DC and on the Board of the DC Chapter of The Citizens Foundation USA. Hasnain's diverse interests include racing performance automobiles, playing squash, and studying South Asian poetry. He also loves to explore new destinations with his family.

Hassan is the Group Head of Finance responsible for TRG's global finance organization. In addition to general financial oversight, he also manages the group's offshore F&A shared service center. Prior to joining TRG in 2011, Hassan was the CFO for South and East Asia at Oracle where he served on the Boards of various Oracle subsidiaries. He has also served as the interim Managing Director responsible for Oracle's business in South East Asia. Earlier, he helped setup the M&A division at Fauji and managed acquisitions and investments in excess of $500 million. He has also worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in various management roles in its assurance, compliance and consulting divisions. Hassan is a CA (Chartered Accountant) and holds a bachelor's degree in finance. He enjoys travelling and tennis.

Mohammed is the Chairman and CEO of TRG International Limited. Mohammad is also the Chairman of TRG Pakistan Limited and ibex Limited (NASDAQ: IBEX). Mohammed also serves on the board of Afiniti Limited. Earlier, Mohammed was the Chief Operating Officer for TRG where he oversaw TRG's day-to-day operations, including management and oversight of its portfolio of direct holdings. Mohammed serves on the Boards of several companies including Afiniti. Prior to joining TRG, Mohammed was a Senior Director at Align Technology, where he managed Align's offshore contact center and back office services operations. He was previously a Senior Investment Officer at the World Bank's International Finance Corporation where he was responsible for the IFC's portfolio of investments in the Asian telecommunications and technology sectors. Mohammed received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan, and an additional BA degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nadeem Elahi joined The Resource Group founding team at inception in 2002 and led the company's North American portfolio operations based in Washington, DC. He currently directly oversees TRG's offshore portfolio operations in Pakistan and has overall responsibility for global offshore portfolio operations. Before joining TRG, Nadeem co-founded FTA Direct Inc., a provider of internet-based, supply-chain solutions for the global textiles industry based in New York. Earlier, Nadeem served as Director of Manufacturing at Tanveer Textiles, a textile manufacturing business held by his family. Nadeem received his AB from Brown University in Mathematics and Economics, and his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Nadeem is immediate past Chairman of the Pakistani Association of Software Houses, in which he represented the entire Pakistani technology and technology services industry. An active member of the Harvard Business School Club in Karachi, Nadeem enjoys traveling and is passionate about classical South Asian music and poetry.

Shuja joined The Resource Group founding team at inception in 2002. Shuja is a Managing Director at The Resource Group based out of San Francisco. His primary responsibility is to help the firm drive value by improving the operational effectiveness of TRG's portfolio companies, and leading fundraising, growth, and liquidity initiatives. Shuja has worked on over twenty-five completed M&A transactions. He currently serves on the Boards of several private companies. Prior to joining TRG, Shuja was a founder of HauteDecor an internet platform for high-end furniture and furnishing funded by Institutional Venture Partners, GeoCapital, and Art Alliance. Earlier, Shuja held positions at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney. Shuja is a Founding Board Member of The Spark Academy - a private elementary school in the San Francisco area for exceptionally motivated learners with an inclination for mathematics and programming. Shuja graduated with a SB degree from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with concentrations in Finance, Information Technology, and Operations Research and a Minor in Economics. Shuja is an avid traveler and is passionate about fine dining, art and design.
