The LATA Foundation was set up by the Latin America Travel Association, bringing together tourist boards, airlines, tour operators, hotels, ground agents, travel publishers, PR companies and the press to put something back into the countries where we all work... Our aim is to give back to the continent we love through social and environmental projects that truly make a difference to the lives of Latin American people... LATA also covers our bank fees and admin charges, pays for any printing for flyers and publicity material such as pop-up banners. This means that all donations go directly to projects and are not swallowed up by overheads.
