Alex Tremblay is the Executive Vice President and Chief Data Officer of Zynga, a wholly-owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Tremblay, a leader of the company's Publishing arm, oversees Data Science, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Applied AI across Zynga's wide-ranging portfolio of games and studios worldwide. In this role, Tremblay brings together key elements of how Zynga understands and drives player engagement across the company's operational arms. With the acquisitions of leading data, advertising, and monetization platforms Chartboost and Storemaven, Tremblay leads Zynga's strategy to build a next-generation ad stack technology to streamline mobile advertising for Zynga and its partners. Tremblay joined Zynga in 2016 as GM of Data & Analytics working across the Zynga portfolio of titles. He is currently the executive sponsor of the AmigoZ employee resource group which strives to encourage and enable the professional and social success of Latinxs and their allies at Zynga. Prior to Zynga, Tremblay was a Games Analyst at Electronic Arts' BioWare studio working across some of the world's most critically acclaimed titles such as Star Wars™: Knights of the Old Republic™. A graduate of Harvard University, Tremblay is based in Austin, Texas.

Frank Gibeau is the President of Zynga, a wholly-owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. He joined Zynga as CEO in March 2016 and is a mobile, PC, and console gaming industry expert with 25 years of experience in interactive entertainment. As Zynga's CEO, Gibeau led the company's turnaround and transition to rapid growth. Zynga's market cap increased significantly during Gibeau's tenure as CEO, in large part, due to optimizing live services and fortifying the company's portfolio of wildly popular franchises, including CSR Racing, Words With Friends, and Zynga Poker. Under Gibeau's leadership, Zynga acquired a pipeline of games including global hits Empires & Puzzles, Toon Blast, and Merge Dragons!, as well as secured game development partnerships with some of the world's most iconic brands and entertainment franchises, such as Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, and Star Wars. Gibeau's groundbreaking series of studio acquisitions, including StarLark, Chartboost, Echtra, Rollic, Peak, Gram Games, and Small Giant Games, along with innovation and success across the games portfolio positioned Zynga as among the fastest-growing public gaming companies in the world. In May 2022, Gibeau also led Zynga through its pivotal combination with Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., bringing together best-in-class intellectual properties and a market-leading, diversified mobile publishing platform that added two established studios, Nordeus and Socialpoint, to the Zynga portfolio. Gibeau spent more than two decades at Electronic Arts where he held several influential business and product leadership roles. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President of EA Mobile, where he led strategy, product development, and publishing for the company's fast-growing mobile games business. In that role, Gibeau managed EA's portfolio of popular mobile franchises including The Simpsons: Tapped Out, Plants vs. Zombies, Real Racing, Bejeweled, Star Wars, Minions, SimCity, EA SPORTS, and The Sims. In addition, Gibeau spearheaded the creation of new mobile IP and platform technology, as well as EA's Chillingo publishing operation. Prior to leading EA's mobile business, Gibeau was President of EA Labels from 2011 to 2013, where he oversaw IP development, worldwide product management, and marketing for major console and PC properties including Battlefield, FIFA, Madden NFL, Need for Speed, SimCity, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and The Sims. He also spent four years as the President of the EA Games Label, leading a successful business turnaround that resulted in increased product quality, on-time game delivery, and dramatically reduced costs. Before that, Gibeau acted as EA's Executive Vice President and General Manager of The Americas, where he was directly responsible for a publishing operation that accounted for more than $1.5 billion of EA's annual revenue. While at EA, Gibeau also served as Executive Producer of the major motion picture "Need For Speed," which was released in 2014. Gibeau has served as the Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and as a member of the Yeti Board of Directors. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Cooliris, a mobile content and communication technology company; and, Graphiq, a data visualization company. Gibeau received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Geoffrey Rowe is the Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Zynga, a wholly-owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. He joined Zynga in January 2023 and oversees all aspects of People Operations, which is comprised of 130 team members leading Human Resources, Learning & Development, DE&I, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, University Relations, and Internal Communications - in service to nearly 4,000 employees across the globe. In his role as Chief People Officer at Zynga, Rowe leverages his 20 years of HR experience and extensive knowledge of international business to drive people strategy to support the company's business objectives and growth across the Zynga family of studios worldwide. He remains focused on strengthening company culture to ensure we retain and attract the industry's top talent. Prior to Zynga, Rowe was the SVP of People at Riot Games, playing a key role in helping them scale to launch several new games and an entertainment division. During his decade-long tenure at Activision Blizzard, he held a number of leadership roles across Blizzard Entertainment and Activision Publishing. From building new development teams to establishing businesses to operate in global markets, Rowe was central to the growth and success of one of the largest third-party video game publishers in the world. Scott Koenigsberg

Scott Koenigsberg, an innovator with over 25 years of leadership in product development and services, is the Chief Product Officer of Zynga, a wholly-owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. He joined Zynga in 2009 and after a number of senior leadership positions was named Chief Product Officer in April 2021. In his role, Koenigsberg leads teams across Zynga's Publishing group including consumer insights and VIP services, demand planning, partner relations, emerging platforms, and business development. He also oversees the growth and operation of the company's industry-leading ad monetization and advertising arm that provides service and data insights for both Zynga titles and third-party partners. During his tenure at Zynga, Koenigsberg has been responsible for innovating and optimizing Zynga's products by leveraging a combination of data analytics and instinct. He has been instrumental in identifying the roadmap for growth opportunities across game features, new platforms, and launch scenarios for Zynga's portfolio of games and live services. Additionally, he has overseen the entire product lifecycle process from expected outcomes to product marketing, user experience, product requirements, feature release, and the analysis of results to drive iterative development of some of the largest games in the world. Prior to joining Zynga, Koenigsberg was the SVP, Business Development for software services company Globalign. There, he restructured the sales organization and strategy to reach the optimal target markets for accelerated near-term revenue growth, without increasing costs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance & Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tanner Logue - CFO, COO

Tanner Logue is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Zynga, a wholly-owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Logue joined the Zynga finance team in 2017 and now oversees finance and operations globally across the company leveraging his 20 years of experience in mobile and interactive entertainment. Logue joined Zynga at the start of its record turnaround as it moved to become a mobile-first business and began a period of accelerated growth and acquisition. In this period the company acquired Gram Games, the studio behind Merge Dragons; Small Giant Games, the creators of Empires & Puzzles; Peak, the studio behind global hits Toy Blast, Toon Blast, and Zynga's latest release Match Factory!; as well as hyper-casual leader Rollic, which has crossed 2.7 billion lifetime downloads. Logue was an instrumental member of the team behind Zynga's $12.7 billion combination with Take-Two Interactive, which closed in May 2022 to bring together best-in-class intellectual properties and a market-leading, diversified mobile publishing platform. Before joining Zynga, Tanner spent over a decade at Electronic Arts (EA) serving as the Vice President of Finance for EA Mobile, Pogo.com, and Maxis. There, he led finances for the division including top titles such as Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, Madden NFL Mobile, SimCity BuildIt, and The Sims. Logue was a key member of the EA Mobile management team that drove the transition from one-time download games with an upfront fee to free-to-play live-service mobile games. Logue started his mobile and interactive career in 2004 as the Assistant Controller of JAMDAT Mobile, one of the first mobile game companies in the U.S. He was instrumental in JAMDAT's highly successful IPO in 2004, JAMDAT's purchase of the Tetris rights in 2005, and the acquisition of JAMDAT by EA in 2006 for $680 million. Logue started in public accounting as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a California CPA (inactive) designation.
