Adrian Stoch serves as Chief Automation Officer with global responsibility for establishing industry-leading automation capabilities to be deployed across GXO's network and furthering the Company's distinct automation advantage. Previously, Stoch served as Consumer Division President in GXO's Americas & Asia Pacific region, where he drove record business wins and led significant automation expansion for an array of leading brands across many of GXO's largest U.S. sites.

Biography
Baris Oran's 20-year finance career includes senior leadership positions with multinational market leaders, including CFO of the Sabanci Group, one of Turkey's largest publicly traded companies. In that role, he executed numerous IPO, M&A and divestiture transactions; improved capital allocation; and led deleveraging and risk management initiatives.
Earlier, Oran was CFO of Kordsa, a global innovator of industrial reinforcement technologies. He has served as Chairman, Vice Chairman or Board Member of eight public companies and four private companies, including Chairman of the Board of Teknosa, an omnichannel retailer in the Sabanci Group.

Brad Jacobs has started five companies from scratch and led each of them to become a billion-dollar or multibillion-dollar enterprise. These include three publicly traded companies: XPO Logistics (NYSE: XPO), where he serves as Chairman and CEO, United Rentals (NYSE: URI) and United Waste Systems. XPO Logistics and United Rentals were among the 20 best-performing stocks of the last decade. Prior to starting XPO in 2011, Jacobs founded United Rentals in 1997 and led the company for 10 years as Chairman, including six years as Chief Executive Officer. He founded United Waste Systems in 1989 and served eight years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Biography
Clare Chatfield is Senior Partner at L.E.K Consulting and Head of Energy & Environmental Practice. She serves as chairwoman of the Board of Chantiers de l'Atlantique and the president of its Strategy Committee. She has assisted clients over three decades in strategic decision-making across a range of sectors, including energy and environment, infrastructure, transport and mobility, logistics and distribution and business services. In recent years, she has been increasingly focused on the Energy Transition, and has particular expertise in the areas of energy efficiency, smart power, energy storage, the circular economy, as well as broader Sustainability. She serves as a Non-Executive Director for Groupe Savencia and Groupe Daher. Ms. Chatfield holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge in England.

Previously, she served as Managing Director and Head of Communications for the Global Consumer Bank at Citigroup, Inc. Elizabeth began her career in publishing at Simon & Schuster and Random House. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

In addition to her role as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Anterix Inc, Gena Ashe is the President and CEO of GLA Legal Advisory Group, LLC. as well as Independent Corporate Board Member of Skyward Specialty Insurance. Previously, she was Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Adtalem Global Education, and held senior legal roles with The Brickman Group, Ltd., Catalina Marketing Corporation, Public Broadcasting Service, Darden Restaurants, Inc., Lucent Technologies and AT&T, among others. She is a former Board Member of XPO Logistics, Inc. He was a Tenured Professor at the Purdue University School of Industrial Engineering, and a former member of the boards of directors of XPO Logistics, Inc. and United Rentals, Inc. Jorge Guanter leads GXO's logistics operations in the Americas and Asia Pacific.
Guanter has more than two decades of experience across engineering, operations, and supply chain. Upon joining GXO in 2021, he served as president of GXO's Industrial & International division in Americas and Asia Pacific, where he served many of the world's leading Industrial companies and led operations in Asia, Mexico, and Latin America. Prior to GXO, he held senior roles at Cargill and Airbus.

Karlis Kirsis leads GXO's legal and compliance functions, including corporate governance, litigation and commercial matters. He previously served as European Chief Legal Officer for XPO Logistics, where he held earlier positions as Senior Vice president, Corporate Counsel, and as Vice President, Corporate and Securities Counsel.
Kirsis spent 10 years as a Senior Corporate Associate in New York and London for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he executed global M&A and corporate finance transactions. He holds a juris doctorate from New York University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Amherst College.

Kristine Kubacki serves as Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, she has responsibility for identifying and evaluating growth and market expansion opportunities, helping set long-term strategy, advising on capital structure and capital allocation, and developing and articulating GXO's corporate strategy for delivering outstanding value and performance to shareholders.
Kristine has two decades of experience in Investor Relations and as a sell-side analyst with a deep understanding of global industrial, logistics and transportation sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations at the Wabtec Corporation.

Biography
Malcolm Wilson has three decades of executive experience managing multinational supply chain operations in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to the formation of GXO, he served as CEO of XPO Logistics Europe, where he helped the company achieve unprecedented growth and efficiencies. Wilson joined XPO after its acquisition of industry leader Norbert Dentressangle, where he grew Norbert's logistics division to global scale as the company's largest revenue-producing unit, and served on its executive board.

Marlene Colucci is the Chief Executive Officer of The Business Council in Washington, D.C., an organization comprised of CEOs of the largest global corporations. Previously, she spent eight years as Executive Vice President of Public Policy for the American Hotel & Lodging Association, where she provided guidance on regulatory matters. Earlier, she served as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush in the Office of Domestic Policy, where she developed labor and transportation policies, and as Deputy Assistant Secretary with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. Ms. Colucci's law career includes more than 12 years with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she served as Senior Counsel. She is a former member of the board of directors of XPO Logistics, Inc., and holds a juris doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Matthew Fassler is the Chief Strategy Officer of Jacobs Private Equity, LLC. and the managing member of State Road Advisors, a strategic consulting enterprise providing advisory services to the C-suite. Previously, Mr. Fassler served as Chief Strategy Officer of XPO, Inc., from 2018 through 2022, overseeing the company's strategy, capital structure, investor relations and analysis of growth opportunities. Prior to XPO, Mr. Fassler spent more than 20 years at Goldman Sachs in Global Investment Research as a Managing Director, Business Unit Leader for the consumer sector from 2007 through 2018, and Managing Director, Co-Business Unit Leader for the retail sector from 2004 through 2007. Moundir Rachidi serves as GXO's Chief Transformation Officer with oversight of cross-functional and cross-regional performance initiatives.
Prior to joining GXO, Rachidi was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, specializing in Transformation and Operations Performance across a variety of industries. At BCG, he held a number of global and regional roles and founded the Innovation Center for Operations. Rachidi began his career as a Distribution Center Director before assuming leadership roles at Whirlpool, Arvato Services and Toyota.
Neil Shelton - Chief Strategy Officer
Chief Strategy Officer Neil Shelton discusses how GXO's automation strategy is helping to solve logistics challenges for our customers.
Nizar Trigui serves as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he has responsibility for GXO's global technology function, working with the company's Information Technology leaders to make cutting-edge technology an integral part of GXO's future growth.
Prior to joining GXO, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Bridgestone Mobility Solutions where he grew the business at nearly 10% annually. He joined Bridgestone in 2017 as Chief Technology Officer for the Americas. Previously, Trigui served as Chief Technology Officer for Dura Automotive Systems. He began his career at Ford Motor Company where he held positions in manufacturing, product planning, product development and program management.

Oren Shaffer was most recently Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Qwest Communications International, Inc. (now CenturyLink, Inc.). Previously, Mr. Shaffer was President and Chief Operating Officer of Sorrento Networks, Inc., and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ameritech Corporation. He held executive positions with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and served on Goodyear's board of directors. Mr. Shaffer has held board positions with XPO Logistics, Inc., Belgacom S.A., Terex Corporation, Demag Cranes AG and Intermec, Inc. Mr. Shaffer holds a master's degree in management from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a degree in finance and business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
