Baris Oran - CFO

Biography Baris Oran's 20-year finance career includes senior leadership positions with multinational market leaders, including CFO of the Sabanci Group, one of Turkey's largest publicly traded companies. In that role, he executed numerous IPO, M&A and divestiture transactions; improved capital allocation; and led deleveraging and risk management initiatives. Earlier, Oran was CFO of Kordsa, a global innovator of industrial reinforcement technologies. Biography Clare Chatfield is Senior Partner at L.E.K Consulting and Head of Energy & Environmental Practice. She serves as chairwoman of the Board of Chantiers de l'Atlantique and the president of its Strategy Committee. She has assisted clients over three decades in strategic decision-making across a range of sectors, including energy and environment, infrastructure, transport and mobility, logistics and distribution and business services.
