Cyber Bitesize was created to help, educate and support businesses and individuals understand cyber security and how to safeguard themselves... As a small family business we needed to professionalise our computer systems. We lacked the skills to do this in house and with a small budget we looked for someone who could provide us with external IT support. We came across the Computer Guru and from our first initial chat she understood our needs and has the patience and understanding to help us implement them. Thanks to Debra we now have streamlined simple systems which work for us with ongoing jargon free support whenever we need it. Cost is always an issue to a small business and Debra always sources the most cost effective option... We understand the IT needs of small businesses and provide all the support of a professional IT department but within the budget of a small business/sole trader.
