Julio A. de Armas

Julio A. de Armas is a Miami-Dade native who practices mainly civil litigation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. Julio is licensed to practice law both in Florida and New York. Julio also practices bankruptcy in the Federal District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. In addition, Julio practices civil and commercial litigation throughout the state. Julio handles most forms of litigation including personal injury, contractual disputes, construction, and real estate litigation. Julio also handles corporate law representation with different businesses from start-up structuring of a business to winddown of operations. Julio's wide breath of experience aids him advising clients of their best options or resolution to their matters. Julio formerly worked at a local firm on civil litigation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy matters. These cases included but were in no way limited to contractual disputes, commercial eviction, foreclosure, debt defense, and collections. Julio graduated with a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Florida International University and later received his juris doctorate degree from Albany Law School in New York. Julio is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Coral Gables Bar Association, Albany Law Alumni Board, and the New York State Bar Association. Julio is active in the community as member of the Saint John Newman men's club.
