COLLEEN BREDELL & IM COUNSELING

Colleen Bredell is a therapist, early childhood mental health specialist, and master trainer who provides therapy for children, adolescents, and families... IM stands for Inis Mór - an island off the coast of Ireland. It was there where the community came together to build thousands of miles of stone wall fences to shelter areas from the wind, which provided space for cultivating and growing the food they needed. To me, IM embodies counseling: community working together, providing space, promoting growth, and serving the heart of the community.
