Jim is one of America's best brokers in Finance and the Insurance Industry. Jim attended Jackson State University and earned his degree in Psychology. He was the ROTC Batallion Commander and Student Body President his senior year.

He is also a graduate of the Small Business Administration Emerging Leaders USA Class of 2006.
