Inclusive World's Disability Specialist is Zel Iscel. Being a woman who was born blind whom migrated to Australia when a child, Zel has firsthand experience of diversity from the perspectives of gender, disability and ethnicity. She also has an amazing sense of humour and business and life experience that enables her to lead a team that quickly cuts throu issues and identifies positive strategies to suit each environment. Zel completed her degree in Politics and Government at Edith Cowan University and has been an active advocate for people with disability since 1995. Zel is currently a director for Rights International Australia, Chair of Blind Citizens WA and on the Board of DADAA WA, an arts organisation for people with disability.
