Chef and founder Ebru Grundy has over 20 years of experience in professional kitchens. A graduate of French Culinary Institute, she worked at various NYC staples, including Raoul's, Applewood and was part of the opening team of Michelin-starred L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. After being a parent and receiving a health coach certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she turned her passion for food into a thriving business through Nettle Kitchen... Nettle Kitchen is a meal delivery, private chef, and catering service in Long Island City, NY... Nettle Kitchen's philosophy is to source as many ingredients locally and seasonally. We use organic or pasture-raised meat, eggs & dairy products for our dishes when available in order to maintain a high quality product that won't let your taste buds down!
