Private sessions are the ideal way to begin reformer Pilates. We always recommend this option so you're prepared for the transition to the flow of classes. *Privates are required if you have injuries or may need extra assistance in group classes. If private sessions are not in the cards for you, our "New Kids on the Pilates Block" class is great for beginners as well. Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays and filled with energetic new clients looking to learn safely with you!... By combining Pilates with rehabilitation, Pilates Detroit has created a new and unique approach to fitness and wellness.
