Sunset Health is committed to build healthier communities by delivering comprehensive, preventive, and exceptional quality primary care in a compassionate and professional manner... As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide health care services to a patient population who is often underserved in our community. Our history is deep-rooted in providing services to migrant workers and has evolved to become a safety net provider of primary health services in Yuma County.
