Jose Suliveres Sr. is the AVP, Head of Retail Banking at Warsaw Federal. In this role, Jose manages the retail business unit. Among his duties are overseeing the branch network, deposit operations, teller operations, ACH operations, IRA portfolio, managing third-party relationships and more. Jose works to build long-lasting customer relationships while networking with the community to help build bank awareness. He also serves as the Warsaw Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. As the BSA Officer, Jose develop, implements, administers and maintains all aspects of the bank's Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance program. Previously, he was Community Investment & Business Development Officer at Warsaw Federal.
In the community, he is a member of Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati and supports Santa Maria Community Services and the Price Hill Will community development corporation.

Robie K. Suggs is President and CEO of Warsaw Federal, an independent mutual Minority Depository Institution (MDI) based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Previously, Robie served as Chief Lending Officer of the Cincinnati Development Fund. She also held the roles of VP, Strategic Partnerships, and VP, Economic Development and Community Outreach at First Financial Bank. Further, she held positions of increasing responsibility with the former National City Bank and Provident Bank.
Robie received multiple banking certifications, including a Business Coaching and Mentorship Certificate from the University of Cincinnati. She was also trained in Enneagram at the Conscious Living Center. She is a member of numerous boards, and holds various awards and recognitions from local organizations, most recently receiving the Working in Neighborhood's (WIN) 2023 Honoree award.

Shawn Huss joined Warsaw Federal in 2022 as a senior vice president mortgage lending. Shawn has more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry and has funded over $2 billion in loans in his career. In his current role, he focuses on helping customers with purchases, refinances, doctor loans, construction loans, VA and FHA loans. He also has extensive background in helping the investor community in residential lending. He enjoys providing his customers the highest level of customer service while helping guide them through their financial goals. Previously, he was senior vice president, mortgage consultant at First Place Bank which became Huntington National Bank through mergers and acquisitions. He started with National City Mortgage in 1993. Shawn received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Miami University.
